Overseas LTE is bands 1, 3, 5 and 12, which reaches T-Mobile's band 12 and AT&T's bands 5 and 12; there is no band 2, 4, 13 or 66, so Verizon is not worth trying. The real question on any import is whether the carrier will provision VoLTE for an uncertified device.

Notes
Bands are the whole game with an import. LTE 1, 3 and 19 at home and 1, 3, 5 and 12 abroad, so band 12 is what makes T-Mobile plausible and there is no band 2, 4, 66 or 71. USB-C is the only port, so wired listening needs an adapter.
