- Sold unlocked on the same 4G and 5G band set as the Light Phone III, so Light's compatibility checker routes the two to the same table of about 80 countries, including the UK, most of Europe, Japan, India, Mexico and Australia. In the US it lists Light, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Mint, Noble Mobile and US Mobile on its Light Speed plan only, with Sprint, Google Fi, Cricket, Xfinity, Tracfone and most other MVNOs out. In Canada it lists only TELUS and Koodo. Light says the Flip will be certified with the FCC, PTCRB, CE and the major US carriers before it ships.

Notes
Ships in 2027, so none of this is confirmed by hardware yet. Light has opened a developer program for community-built tools, which no other Light phone has.
